Former England international Lingard has, according to , placed JLingz Ltd into voluntary liquidation. That is because the latest accounts lodged with Companies House show that the firm sits £276,883 in the red.

It is claimed that the company has never been profitable since its launch some six-and-a-half years ago. Lingard branched out into the fashion business ahead of representing his country at the 2018 World Cup – with lines of clothing, footwear, headgear and lifestyle accessories being launched.
